Copper brazing rod stick and Silver solder brazing strip for diamond segments welding on core drill bit, circular saw blade, gangsaw segment and diamond grinding tools mostly.

 

ChinShine provides a series of silver solder strip(silver welding strip,silver brazing strip or silver brazing foil), copper brazing rod, copper solder strip according welding different diamond segments.
These copper and silver solder brazing strips/rod stick can be used on hand welding machine, semi-automatic and automatic welding machine.

 

Silver solder strip has very low melting temperature and is suitable for diamond tools brazing.Silver brazing solder strip has excellent process performance, low melting point, good wetting and filling the gap, high mechanical strength. Silver solder strip and copper brazing rod are similar to diamond segments, different welding materials has different formula. 

 

Silver solder strips are used in brazing of diamond segment on circular saw blade, diamond grinding segments on steel base, diamond core bit segments on core barrel,and all types of tool brazing with good wettability, brazing would be very clear.
